MACOMB, IL – Sgt. Teddy has reported for duty! Twenty-five recruits have graduated the Training Academy and are now stationed for duty at the Emmet-Chalmers Fire Protection District. When called to duty, Sgt. Teddy will help comfort a child in a time of need.
