MACOMB, IL – Emmet – Chalmers Firefighters training on water shuttle operations and drafting pump operations.
Water shuttle operations bring water to a fire scene with our Tender 7. The water is dumped into a portable tank, while Tender 7 goes to get refilled.
With Drafting operations, Engine 10 pumps the water from the portable tank, through hoselines and nozzles to the fire.
