21 Mar Emmet – Chalmers Firefighters assist at Wilderness First Responder class
MACOMB, IL — Emmet – Chalmers Firefighters help set up landing zone for MedForce helicopter at WIU Horn Field Campus. As part of an training exercise for the Wilderness First Responder Class, MedForce 2 from West Burlington, Iowa, landed to evacuate an injured hiker. Once on the ground, the helicopter crew demonstrated the features of the helicopter and how they can be used to transport critical patients.
