08 Oct WIU Homecoming Parade – 2016
Emmet-Chalmers Firefighters participated in the Western Illinois University Homecoming Parade for the 2nd year. Firefighters passed out candy and flyers with information about the upcoming annual Pancake and Sausage Breakfast.
